Good location, nice receptionists, good shower facility and nice price

Definitely the best hostel I've been to in London. I stayed in a 8 bed mixed dormitory room which had two en-suite bathrooms. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff was excellent, very friendly and efficient. The location couldn't be better. Great place to stay

Very well run, clean hostel in a nice area. Extremely good value for money

I was staying in London with a friend and needed a cheap place to stay, especially since I got stuck there during the volcano situation! This place was very nice and very clean! The outside looks really fancy compared to all other hostels I've been to. I stayed in a 7 bed dorm with 2 bathrooms. It had a beautiful floor to cieling french door window that lead out to a balcony (we couldn't access it but it was really pretty to look at!) and the room had 5 beds dowstairs and 2 beds up in a loft area! Very neato! The cleaning lady came every morning to deep clean both of our bathrooms. The staff were very nice and helped me since I was stuck for another week! They are doing construction but you can tell it will be great! I do have to complain that you have to pay for internet, I think that's stupid!
