Arrived early and was able to leave our bags while we went to explore London. The staff was lovely, cannot put a bad word to them. They answered all our questions. Location was excellent, 2 minutes from Victoria coach station. The room wasn't huge but there were 3 of us and the beds were comfy! The only down point to our room was there were no tv and the shared bathroom really needed some TLC. The cold tap in our room didn't work but everything else was clean and tidy. Overall you get what you pay for and all these bad ratings are just expecting too much for the price you pay. I would go back there if I was to come back to London

The hotel was convenient and not too expensive. The beds were comfortable and clean. The thing that most annoyed me was they wanted me to pay cash and when I didn't they charged me three pounds extra for using my credit card

Central heating didn’t work. There was no hot water in the shower and an unpleasant smell in the very small bathroom (like that of a caravan). I wouldn’t suggest if you’re considering to stay for more than 1 night.

Hotel was centrally located just 5 mins walk from the Victoria Coach Station. Room was good enough size, was cleaned everyday. I will recommend it for others

The hotel was nice enough, I would stay again! It's in a perfect place for anyone commuting! The staff are excellent, very very helpful and very nice! although there were a few issues: it was pretty much out of the staffs hands but they tried their best to sort out what they could to make us welcome!

Location is great, not far from Victoria or Kings Road. Staff were friendly. Room was clean if a little small and towels were changed everyday. The shower on the top floor didn't work so the whole house had to use one shower but there were no queues or waiting and it was kept clean. All in all a good stay and nothing to complain about!

This was the first time we have used TravelStay and the accommodation was just what we needed! The room was so easy to find, just around the corner from Victoria Coach Station. It was spacious, clean, very reasonably priced for central London and even when we turned up 2hours early we were given a reassuring welcome. The whole experience couldn't have been easier. We would definitely recommend the Eaton House Hotel.
