Cleveland Square was lovely. Thoroughly recommended

A short 5 minute walk from Bayswater Tube Station, this service apartment hotel is a little bit tricky to find as although the building is clearly numbered, there is no sign on the outside to indicate you're at the right place. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the building is smartly decorated and furnished. We stayed in a standard double room which was located in the basement. The room was adequately sized, although there was only one small window which meant the room was fairly dark unless you use the lights. The double bed was comfortable and the decor was modern and contemporary. The kitchenette is cleverly hidden behind a set of wardrobe-style doors and features a fridge, microwave, toaster, hob and glassware, crockery and cutlery. Strangely, though, there was only one teaspoon. The en-suite bathroom is a little small and appears to have no heating so the floor is unpleasantly cold first thing in the morning!

Location was great, rooms were fantastic clean and with great facilities. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed my stay at Cleveland Square. Will definitely book Cleveland Square again.

Cleveland Square was friendly, professsionally run apartments with small but high quality facilities and daily cleaning. Only drawback - no mobile signal on baement level.

I had a wonderful time at Cleveland Square and would certainly book it again. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a long stay in terms of the cooking facilities and the bathroom was impeccable. All the fixutres and fittings were very modern and elegant. The only complaint I have was that the temperature of the shower in the morning was too low. Other than that, the service was excellent, everything was well catered for without having the over-bearing feeling of being in a hotel and being constantly bothered by the staff! Excellent place!
