Charles Stewart is a bed and breakfast that was once the birthplace of Irish author Oliver St. John Hogarty. This fine example of Georgian Architecture has been wonderfully transformed into a bed and breakfast that retains many of the buildings original features and high ceilings for you to savour. You will find that your room, whether it is an en-suite single, double, twin, or triple, overlooks the bustling O’Connell Street and places you right in the centre of all the exciting Dublin action.

To get an idea of just how central Charles Stewart is, you will be able to see O’Connell Street from the window of your room. You will also find yourself staying opposite the Gate Theatre and a couple of minutes walk away from the Irish writer’s museum and the wax works. Of course, this location also means that you will be in close proximity to Temple Bar, and the shopping streets of Grafton Street and Henry Street. Imposing Dublin Castle is within easy walking distance of Charles Stewart too. |
