Really nice clean and modern rooms, friendly reception staff and ample secure parking.

Stayed for 1 night at the Best Western Palm Hotel, upon arrival was very impressed with the reception area. Room was lovely, nice decor, nice and spacious, immaculately cleaned and a huge bed. Plenty to chose from at breakfast, the only thing we would fault is the parking, we arrived at 10pm and had nowhere to park, the car park was full and not very big. We would definitely stay here again

Very nice room at Best Western Palm Hotel. Very clean, lovely friendly and helpful receptionists and chambermaids. Would definitely stay again

The hotel was basic but very comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful and my room was a decent size for London hotels. I found it very easy to get into Central London as the tube stop was a few minutes walk away. My booking was room only, however you can pay for breakfast directly which I did and was pleasantly surprised with how good it was. I would book the Best Western Palm hotel again if I come back to London.
