Nice modern decor, comfortable bed. Good value for money
Lovely London accommodation and friendly staff would recommend to friends and family. Would book BayTree Hotel again
I booked for two nights before reading the reviews. After reading the reviews, I was worried that my stay was going to be a nightmare. As a Health and Safety Professional, I found no issues with the fire exits. There was a warm room, lively decor, comfy bed and it was spotlessly clean. I stay in hotels most weeks and would be more than happy to stay here again and again.
Hotel staff extremely helpful. Bedrooms: some smaller than pictures; but mattress and pillows like feathers to sleep on and I wanted to take home with me! Is about 15mins walk to Stratford Tube Station and we got about easy enough. No tea and coffee in room but can access and make own in kitchen anytime. My only complaint is that although it was an English breakfast it really should be stated that no bacon and only hotdog sausage available. As long as you understand this before you go it's not a problem - but was nice breakfast anyway. Would return to Baytree Hotel again.
Smart, clean, efficient. Overall an excellent and cosy hotel. Good service and very helpful. I would definitely recommend the BayTree Hotel.
Nice and cosy hotel in London. They serve a lovely breakfast, and the staff were very polite and helpful. The BayTree Hotel bar has sports viewing where one can watch football like the premier league games. The rooms were neat and beds comfortable.
The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were great. The downside was that the hotel was still in the refurbishment stages especially in the bar and the breakfast was obviously prepared in a small kitchen by one person, the waitress. Other than that it was a nice stay
Fantastic place, the owner cannot do enough to make your stay welcoming. Rooms are clean and very comfortable at BayTree Hotel
We needed a budget hotel for one night about 10/15 min from Stratford International Station and close to where our sons live, so we booked one triple bedroom and one double room at Bay Tree Hotel. The hotel looks very new and clean. Our double bedroom was on one side of the hotel along a small street so there must be less noise than in the rooms at the front along the busy main road,ie, Vicarage Lane. The shower room with the sink and toilet was rather small. The soap and shampoo were at the sink, so we asked for soap to use while taking a shower; we got a big bar! They also gave us extra glasses. Our companions' triple bedroom was at the back - really quiet. They were happy with their room. Breakfast is taken on ground floor in the pub under renovation. In included in the price: 2 eggs, 2 sausages, baked beans, plenty of toast and butter, a selection of jam, cornflakes, juice and warm milk, coffee or tea. Service was slow. For other meals there are many restaurants close to the hotel and one just across the street on the side of our room for chicken, fish or kebab; very reasonable price! Staff was friendly
The BayTree Hotel was clean, the bed comfortable, the shower great, the staff welcoming and helpful and the breakfast appetising. I would recommend it and it is great value for money
