Nice hotel, but not really worthy of the 3 stars. Our room was small and the shower was next to the bed, without any privacy. Friendly staff

A clean hotel close to Paddington Railway Station. Nice continental breakfast with friendly staff. Rooms at the Alexandra Hotel on the small side but the price is very competitive.

The staff where really helpful and nice and the room was very tidy. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone

Basement level quad outside the dining area with street level noise. No air conditioning. No fan available for the first night. Maid service was forgotten. Poor customer service as well. Location is convenient and coffee at breakfast was good, but that is about it

So far the best hotel I've stayed in London! The room & bathroom were small but clean, breakfast was ok, location is absolutely great. would recommend this place to friends as well!

Good location but was not that impressed with the hotel room I was given at Alexandra hotel. Good thing it was cheap
