Acacia Hostel London was a nice place to stay, WiFi could be improved, reasonable breakfast facilities, great ice skating, funfair, museum, theatre locations, coughing in shared room annoyed me, would be nice if staff would knock on room doors would be cool, but good experience

I understand there was a heat wave but the manager could have told us there were stores literally around the corner that sold fans and we would purchased one. Our stay at Acacia Hoste London would have been much nicer if that small bit of info would have been made known to us

Hello and thank you for the kindness of the whole team at Acacia Hostel London, nice rooms, simple breakfast but good; just some heating problem with the cold weather we have experienced

For the location it was good to find somewhere so affordable. However, our fridge was not turned on and the tap was merely a dribble. Acacia Hostel London is basic but reasonable for what you pay. Thanks

The good points : idealy located in a pleasant area, breakfast staff is really great, kind, clean, efficient and good variety of food (tea, coffee, chocolate, milk, toasts and muesli), bathroom properly cleaned. The negatives: receptionists often rude (only one was really kind and polite), no rules for the shared rooms: some people have a good education and respect other people but some people don't, slam the doors, come back late and put the light on, speaking loudly and so on. It would be a good point to sign a chart of good behaviour when one checks in. No shared rooms reserved to women

Stay at Acacia Hostel London was good. Staff didn't had any idea regarding car parking and mobile phone used while dealing with the customer
