Abercorn House ReviewsBased on 242 Hotel Reviews
Abercorn House is super well located (the metro station is a 5 minute walk from the hotel and it is possible to access it even with luggage of casters). The hotel has a lift and a 24 hour concierge. The servers are super friendly! There are two kitchens and shared bathrooms on each floor. They are cleaned daily, so it is very easy to share the spaces. Anyway, super recommend the hotel and will be back to stay for sure! I would like to make two suggestions for improvement: 1. Change the type of faucet from the sink to one that is automatically closed (or similar), because sometimes guests would stop shutting the faucet causing water wastage (and also increased costs for the hotel). 2. Implementation of a mirror in the room (even if small).
Abercorn House is in a good location. Extremely noisy during the night
All in all it was okay. It was good to have a fridge in the room. The bed was okay but the bed sheets did move all the time because they could not be secured to the the bed. The shower was also okay but unfortunately there was no place inside the shower to put your fresh clothes and sponge bag onto. A sink in the room would have been great. The double room was big enough for both of us but the noise outside the room was really disruptive because the walls are really thin so you could hear everything. But all in all Abercorn House was an okay place to stay
Friendly staff at Abercorn House
Clean friendly quiet inside and out, would have liked a kettle in room. Will book Abercorn House again. Handy for underground theatre and museums
