If you are dead tired and just want a place to sleep, you can stay here. The room and bathroom was quite small. The staff were responsive enough to enquiries.

Rooms were kept tidy, towels and washing equipment provided and very friendly and helpful staff. Didn't get a chance to try the breakfast as it's from 7:30 until 9:30am, too early for me! Bed was quite comfortable, although the pillows were a bit hard and could be prepared better. Sheets came loose with a bit of tossing and turning, and the undersheet was semi-plastic so noisy when moved. Mattress was good though. TV had no remote, and wifi only in lobby, but free so that was good! All in all a good stay considering the price! No view from the window as it was tiny (the room was semi-underground) and the cleaning staff came too early for my liking (8:30 on my final day, where checkout is at 11).

Great place, the bedding and bathroom both very clean. Very good value for money. Very big place, but hardly heard the other guests. Great location, good bus links, train station nearby. Would definately stay again.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and polite. Location quite good as buses run very frequently to most areas and to the tube station. Traffic was a bit noisy as our room was facing the main road and shutting the window meant the room got rather warm. Breakfast was a bit basic, toast or cornflakes only, would have liked a bit more variety for cereals. Overall, a very pleasant place to stay, good budget b&b. I would happily recommend it and will be using it again.

A very bad place, I will never go again. When I arrived they make me wait 1 hour for room , I was so tired, the fist room they give me had no cuboards the carpet was half laid and a very strong smell of paint. The second room they gave me had holes in the doors and in the walls and very small. The third room was a little better but very noisy with traffic, the window would not close.

We found the room clean but small, there was a TV but no Ariel, we were in the basement which had work going on it was dirty and dusty outside our room, they were wires hanging out of the ceiling right outside our door

Clean bed linen, shower, toilet that's the plus side. No fridge, no hair dryer, no place to hang clothes, no litter bin, no towels, even the curtains didn't fit the windows. Despite having a small parking area even if space is available you wont be getting it. The breakfast room is very cramped, indeed the choice and quality of food available is appalling, only went the once. Finally be very specific when booking as I booked 1 double and 1 twin room and got two rooms both sleeping 6 you could not see or move for bunk beds. If a bed is all you want for the night then this is your place.

I stayed at the lodge for three nights and think that it is good value for money, especially when you consider what some hotels charge in London. Just remember it is only 2 stars, so don't expect a lot. Room was clean.

No frills but fine. Room although small was clean quiet and comfortable. Breakfast room too small for number of people trying to sit and have breakfast. Gated parking area was good and welcome

Stayed for two nights. Was pleasantly surprised. Having read previous reviews, I was a bit wary. However, it was very clean. Some decor a bit shabby but overall was OK. Sheets and private bathroom were very clean. Large double glazed, tinted windows. Very friendly staff. Was even able to park car inside of the complex. Will definitely return.

This was my first time staying over a pub/bar and I must say that it was not what I expected. There was hardly any noise from the pub downstairs, the room was clean and tidy and the breakfast was good as well. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I would stay here again

Good stay. Gentle staff. Quiet and clean place. Well transport linked. Cheap price. What more could I ask for? Just a room with a small window :)
