Love Glasgow, love this hotel (Lomond Hotel Glasgow). Cheap and cheerful.. although the staff weren't overly welcoming, and not everything was working 100% of the time, it added to the charm!

Lomond Hotel was in a good location, had a great breakfast, was a budget hotel but was still clean and had everything we needed. Recommend

It was very basic but clean. Great if spending most of your time outside the hotel and just need a cheap bed for the night. As the saying goes; 'you get what you pay for!'

My friend and I stayed for one night in a twin room with shared bathroom. The room was cold, narrow and cramped, the furniture was stained and mismatched. The carpets, walls and mirrors were very dirty although the beds and sheets were clean. None of the reading lights worked, and there was no remote for the TV so we were stuck with one channel at full volume as it was far too high to reach. The bathroom seemed clean but very run down. The next morning the lady in charge knocked on our door a few minutes before we were due to check out to ask if we were ready to leave, which we thought was very rude! I would never recommend this hotel, it may have been cheap but it was still overpriced.
