The hotel is very nice, the breakfast is very delicious, the service people there are very friendly and helpful, they helped us to carry our heavy luggages which I feel so grateful~!it's a little bit far away from central London but you can take underground to other lines, which is still convenient to travel, considering the price its still worth living there

The hotel was excellent, the staff were very polite and very helpful. The Hotel was very clean, I booked a room with a shared bathroom and these were always clean and well stocked (loo roll, free showergel) Having a bar downstairs was a bonus, My only problem with the whole experiance was the main road outside was not always the quietest, I would definatly recommend this hotel and next time I stay in London I will definatly be booking this hotel

The first night of our stay, we were disturbed by other guests during the night to the extent that we had to move room. The only room available was the room next door, which had no window and was still noisy. Our room was not well ventilated. Neither of the rooms we stayed in had a clean bathroom. Very disappointed with the standard of the accommodation, which negatively impacted on our holiday

Basic hotel, sink blocked, radiator cover falling off. I would probably not stay there again, not a great place for a romantic weekend. However, good location, free parking, nice staff. If you are going to watch football then it's ok.
