How the service works:
- Customers will search for prices and availability in your city.
- Search results show available accommodation in order of price (cheapest at the top).
- Customers look at and book the best value offers.
- Customers pay a small deposit to TravelStay at the time of booking, and the balance to your accommodation upon arrival.
- Reservations can only be made on rooms you feature as available and at the prices that you set. You can change your prices and availability quickly and easily online via your login.
- All reservations are credit card secured, and a one night late cancellation fee can be charged for any late cancellations or no-shows.

US audience declined due to perceived threat of global terrorism, London bombs, new unbranded hotel, low occupancy level. In need of cash bookings to cover costs during refurbishment, and an easy to administer reservation service.
Action: Hotel joined TravelStay.com and generated excellent booking volume by featuring availability of all room types at good value prices. They also obtained maximum exposure by featuring student and long stay special offers. TravelStay published listings across the TravelStay Network and continued to optimised the hotel to provide maximum revenue and exposure.
Results: Hotel occupancy reached 96% and this has been maintained for over 2 years, before, during and after refurbishment. Over £21,000 of bookings achieved every single month for over two years. |
