I was incredibly dubious when I booked in. The offices were shabby, crowded and noisy. Thankfully I decided to continue with my reservation. The apartment was fabulous. Everything was fresh and clean and decorated to a high standard. The location was excellent just a short walk through Hyde park to the Albert Hall. Staff at the 'booking in' desk were very polite and very helpful. I was informed that the office was only a temporary measure, so don't be put off! I will definitely book again!
These apartments are known by the name Hyde Park Suites. When I arrived there from India my cabbie had hard time finding the address because these are not called London Executive Apartments. My booking was in Building 11-13 but they shifted me to Building 34 on 2nd floor cheap studio room whereas I booked a 4 star double room. I did not like the room and asked them to move me to a better room as per the booking that I made (supposed to be a 4 star apartment). They moved me to a basement room which was much better than the earlier. On the first day itself we got locked inside the room as the room door lock was faulty. There was no one to help us in that situation. After hours of struggle we managed to come out. The door phone of building 34 does not work (it was dead). Since my family used to stay there during the day time while I go to my office, I had to leave the room key with them. In the evening time I had to visit building 11-13 to find help from reception to let me in building 34. I requested a baby cot for my one year old baby when I booked this apartment but it was provided after a week of repeated requests. The cleaning person visited the apartment only once a week. They need to improve the services and be truthful to the customer.
