Good stuff: Ivy House Hoitel is very centrally loacted with extremely easy access to transport and amenities. The room was very clean, the breakfast small but enough and I very much enjoyed my stay. It was an extremely cost effective stay and I had my own bathroom with shower. Cons: I was a bit taken aback at first at how small the room was, but that is where the value for money lies when considering the location and other pros. However, I spent little time there, and the space was not a problem when I was there. The one staff member was a bit unknowledgable when I checked in, but his colleague soon assisted very well

3rd time I book Ivy House Hotel because it's well situated to visit the town or take a bus or a train I just regret that I had to leave our dirty mugs in the wash basinto be cleaned as they weren't when on the shelf. The bed was quickly made, just re-covered, sheets not put in order the towels were changed everyday and the room and bathroom cleaned too anyway we'll come back

The service at Ivy House Hotel was very good. My suggestion is that for the room I occupied, there should be a curtain between the toilet and shower so that water is contained within the shower area that spreading even to the toilet

I am happy with my stay at Ivy House Hotel. I booked a single room with en suite and everything to my comfort, clean bed and toilet/shower room and friendly staff. Fridge, TV, wifi and tea making facility, very good value for money

The flat is amazing and the location of Ivy House Hotel is amazing, just the staff is not train well how to be nice to the customer or not in English manner, it seems I own his money when I need to check in at the morning and he seems mad at me because he need to open the door for me at the morning 6am, but I reserved and paid
