Friendly, nice staff, continental breakfast, very convinient location, 2-3 minutes walk from Paddington underground station. Lots of cafe, restaurant, fast food nearly. Room and bathroom was little, as well the bed, but for 3 nights, it's enough for us. If I would come back, I would book Beverley City Hotel
