Very plain accommodation, but if you don't expect more, that's okay. No considerable noise from outside. Safe neighbourhood. Very good rail services to London and to Southern England. Don't forget a pillow and bed linen. All in all good value for the money

Generally quite clean with helpful staff at reception. The matress was terribly worn out and uncomfortable. It was good to have a place to work on my dissertation, however the visiting school kids were extremely noisy at night and broke out into fights amongst each other late at night, causing a lot of disruption to the postgrad students studying

What you expect, but next time maybe you could include a pillow. people coming for a short stay don't usually carry them with them. So a pillow would be nice

A little pricey, friendly staff, nice and quiet, ensuite with a nice shower (good pressure and temperature) cleaning is on you but no cleaning product or tools (e.g. vacuum cleaner) are provided. Perhaps one of the best options for staying at Kingston over the summer.
