Booking Policy

The following conditions apply to accommodation bookings made by you through your usage of TravelStay.com. TravelStay may alter these conditions at any time.

Making a booking

It is your responsibility to review the booking details (including the total price and deposit payable) and submit accurate information when making a booking.

Modifications

The modification fee is £5 per alteration. These must be made in advance of the cancellation period to avoid late cancellation fees.

Cancellations and Non-Arrivals

Cancellations and non-arrivals result in the loss of your pre-payment. You will also be charged for the first night per 7 nights stay if you make a cancellation within the accommodation provider's late cancellation period (24 to 72 hours prior to arrival), or do not arrive.

Group or Long-Stay Bookings

When making reservations either for 10 people or more or for stays of over 21 nights, your booking will be subject to the accommodation provider's group/long stay booking policy. You may need to pay a proportion of the balance prior to arrival.

Student Discounts

Each guest will need to display valid student identification (e.g. ISIC card) upon arrival.

Upon Arrival

The terms and conditions of the accommodation provider will apply to you from check-in, or in the case of non-arrival.

Special London Olympics 2012 Cancellation information

All bookings from 27th July 2012 - 12th August 2012 & 27th August 2012 - 9th September 2012 are 100% non-refundable and full payment will be charged at time of booking. Any cancellations or no shows will be charged for the full duration of your stay. This charge is not connected to TravelStay Network in any way and will be charged by the hotel.

Use of the TravelStay website

In addition to these terms, TravelStay terms and conditions of business shall apply to all accommodation bookings made through TravelStay.com.
