Booking Policy for Hammersmith Rooms

The following conditions apply to accommodation bookings made by you through your usage of TravelStay.com. TravelStay may alter these conditions at any time.

Making a booking

It is your responsibility to review the booking details (including the total price and deposit payable) and submit accurate information when making a booking.
Minimum age required to book in a shared room: 18 years old.
Payment upon arrival can be made by credit/debit card (Except American Express) or by cash.
Please note: Guests will be required to show a photo ID upon check-in.

Modifications

It is free to modify. Modifications must be made in advance of the cancellation period to avoid the accommodation provider's late cancellation fees, and in advance of the arrival date in order to avoid the loss of the pre-payment.

Cancellations and Non-Arrivals

If you have booked the 'Free to Cancel' option then it is free to cancel before the accommodation's late cancellation period. This will result in a refund of your deposit payment (less any already issued cash-back).
If you cancel within the late cancellation period, or do not arrive, your deposit is forfeited and the accommodation may charge for the first night. Late cancellation period starts: 72 hours prior to 12:00 GMT on the arrival date.
To protect from the possibility of a non-arrival, Hammersmith Rooms may pre-authorise the first night of your stay.

TravelStay Discounts and Promotions

TravelStay offer discounts for students, longer stays, groups, Facebook and Twitter followers, new customers, repeat customers and their friends!
- Student Discounts: Each guest will need to display student identification upon arrival.
- Long Stay Discounts: If you check out early you cannot be guaranteed to retain the long stay discount.
- Advance Booking Discounts: These are subject to booking at least 7 days in advance
- Last Minute Discounts: These are only available within 48 hours of arrival.
- Non-refundable Discounts: These are subject to the full charge in the case of cancellation.
- Twitter Discounts: These are subject to a ‘Follow’ of TravelStay Twitter
- Promotional Code Offers: These are subject to the minimum total booking value quoted in the offer.
- Facebook Like Discounts: These are subject to a ‘Like’ of TravelStay Facebook
- Facebook Share Discounts: Every time a friend books with your exclusive promotional code, they receive £5 cash-back and so do you!
Subject to minimum of £20 deposit or £75 total booking value. Cash-back provided to referrer immediately and to friend upon check-out.
- Member Discounts: Regular customers that book on TravelStay are entitled to sign up for Member Discounts that will save you an extra 5%-25% on all future bookings!

Check In / Check Out

The terms and conditions of the accommodation provider will apply to you from check-in, or in the case of non-arrival.

Check out by: 11:00 GMT

Hammersmith Rooms is also known as the "Abercon House Hostel."

Use of the TravelStay website

In addition to these terms, TravelStay Terms and Conditions of business shall apply to all accommodation bookings made through TravelStay.com.
