Sono stato incredibilmente incerto quando ho prenotato a. Gli uffici erano logori, affollate e noisey. Per fortuna ho deciso di continuare con la mia prenotazione. L'appartamento è stato favoloso. Tutto era fresco e pulito e arredate secondo uno standard elevato. La posizione è eccellente, a solo una breve passeggiata attraverso Hyde Park per la Albert Hall. Personale presso la 'prenotazione' desk erano molto gentile e molto utile. Mi è stato comunicato che l'ufficio era solo una misura temporanea, in modo da non essere messi fuori! Vorrei raccomandare questi appartamenti e io sarò sicuramente libro. (Presto!)

Questi appartamenti sono conosciuti con il nome Suits Hyde Park. Quando sono arrivato lì da India mio tassista aveva difficoltà a trovare l'indirizzo, perché questi non sono chiamati a Londra Executive Apartments. La mia prenotazione era in costruzione 11-13, ma spostato mi Building 34 sul 2 ° piano monolocale economici considerando che ho prenotato una camera a 4 stelle doppie. Non mi piaceva la stanza e ha chiesto loro di spostarsi me in una stanza meglio come per la prenotazione che ho fatto (dovrebbe essere un appartamento 4 stelle). Mi hanno spostato di una stanza nel seminterrato che era molto meglio delle precedenti. Il primo giorno stesso ci siamo chiusi dentro la stanza, come il blocco della porta della stanza era difettoso. Non c'era nessuno ad aiutarci in questa situazione. Dopo ore di lotta siamo riusciti a venire fuori. Il telefono cellulare porta della costruzione di 34 non funziona (era morto). Dal momento che la mia famiglia a rimanere lì durante il giorno mentre io vado nel mio ufficio, ho dovuto lasciare la chiave della stanza con loro. Nel tempo di sera ho dovuto visitare edificio 11-13 per trovare aiuto presso la reception di lasciarmi in costruzione 34. Ho richiesto una culla per il mio bambino di uno anno quando ho prenotato l'appartamento, ma è stato fornito dopo una settimana di ripetute richieste. La persona che visita la pulizia dell'appartamento una volta alla settimana. Hanno bisogno di migliorare i servizi ed essere veritiera al cliente.
