		High Street Hostel has a great reputation for being one of Edinburgh’s most atmospheric hostels. If you want to stay in this historic building that was built in 1564 and was once inhabited by the Earl of Morton, you should book yourself a bed before it’s too late! You’ll be staying just off the Royal Mile in historic Old Town, surrounded by vibrant bars and tourist attractions, so it’s lucky that there’s no curfew here! The hostel’s free tours of Old Town will help you find your way around. High Street Hostel The Shared Kitchen at High Street Hostel The shared dorm rooms at High Street Hostel sleep from 4 to 16 people. The shared showers are always hot! You can cook in the large shared kitchen and eat in the dining room where you’ll find a pool table, juke box and nightly movie sessions. Nightly entertainment is also provided in the lounge. 	•	Par train	:	High Street Hostel is only a few minutes walk from Waverley Train Station, Edinburgh’s main train station.
	•	A pied	:	Once you arrive at Waverley Train Station you should exit onto Waverley Bridge and turn left. At the end, cross over the road and go straight up Cockburn Street. Turn left into High Street (part of Edinburgh’s world famous Royal Mile) and then turn right into Blackfriars Street. You will soon spot High Street Hostel on this street.
