There was only one problem with the room, it was very hot, the temperature of the radiator could not be turned down, but the staff were very helpful and moved me to another room, but otherwise my stay was good at the Hyde Park Premier Hotel.

I found the staff of this hotel to be extremely courteous, polite and helpful at all times. Keep up the good work! Will definitely book to stay here next time I am in London.

Reception and dining areas both very pleasant and staff welcoming. Breakfast very good. Unfortunately, corridor to room and room itself were rather shabby and the corridor smelt of cats/damp!
