Queens Park Hotel was central for our needs. Staff helpful, room clean, warm and quiet, breakfast was adequate. Bed was rather lumpy and uncomfortable

I expected a mildly shabby Victorian hotel, which I chose because of its location and because so many other hotels have no lifts and would entail climbing too many stairs. What a pleasant surprise to find an ultra modern building that looked as if it were brand new. The double bed was very comfortable and we slept well. The buffet breakfast was of the highest standard. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, the shoower rose was fixed overhead so that one could not take it in hand to was the intimate parts of the body. There was only one chair for two guests, which was often inconvenient, so we asked for a second chair. For recharging phones and tablets there was only one power socket at the table and two at floor level which put our equipment in danger of being kicked or squashed. All in all, we were happy with the hotel and would book Queens Park Hotel again

Queens Park Hotel was a very nice place and very comfortable. Very quiet bit of London so can sleep easily but also has Hyde Park near and a tube station next to it

The hotel room at Queens Park Hotel was clean. The beds were comfortable but not ideal being on wheels. The staff were very friendly and helpful
