I expected more from these apartments. The building frontage is a tad shabby, giving it a slightly run-down feel. The advert says the rooms are open plan, but I think they’ve misunderstood the term somewhat. Our room was a studio containing everything, such as a kitchenette with a hob and so on, which was fine except that it was next to the bed. That’s not my definition of open plan. It wasn’t perfectly clean either. My wife, who has a dust allergy, found quite a number of items wanting a wipe down. On the positive side, however, the space was ample for our needs and everything worked, including heating and internet. The location, which was our main incentive to book it, did not disappoint as there’s a lot to see within walking distance, and the London underground is not far away. Overall, it was a pleasant but average stay, and I’d need to be persuaded to book again by more vigilante cleaning and slightly more affordable prices

Pretty clean, basic budget apartment with fair facilities. Good kitchenette and central heating. Excellent location for getting around London and plenty of choice of eateries in Queensway area

Ok room, spacious and quite clean. Warm water and heat were available 24hours a day. Very close to Queensway and Bayswater stations. It is an ok choice for moderate budget vacation. However the front of the building could use some improvement! Also remember to check which floor you are at, there are 3 rooms in the basement
