The Premier Notting Hill is a good, clean hotel. Rooms were clean and well furnished if not rather small. Better for a short stay. Distinct lack of a bar and lounge facilities, although a small 6-8 seater lounge area was available with internet access by the reception area. The staff were helpful and friendly. Did not seem like a full service 4 star hotel - eg very small breakfast room. Ideal if you need a room and maybe breakfast and will then be out all day and late into the evening.

I loved the Shaftesbury Premier. It was better than I thought it was going to be because it was quite cheap. The staff went out of their way to help us and let us store our bags after we had checked out. They welcomed us with big smiles and cleaned the rooms often. The Shaftesbury Premier Notting Hill was perfect for my boyfriend and I.

Nice hotel conveniently located in a bustling area of London. Easy access to many attractions, and easy transit to outlying areas. Rooms are small and cozy, but clean and well appointed for a hotel at this level. Staff were friendly and helpful when needed. Would not hesitate to stay there again

The Shaftesbury Premier Notting Hill really impressed me. It's location is obviously amazing as I had guessed from the name. The area is incredible and gives you a brilliant feel for London. The new and modern hotel was always clean and provided lovely food. I would totally love to come back here again if I ever get the chance!
