The service we received was very bad. The room was dirty and the bathroom had not been cleaned. The bed was broken and the springs dug into my back. All in all, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

My stay in this hotel in London has been very pleasant. Everyone at Hyde Park Whiteleaf Hotel has been very accommodating to my requests. A couple of areas of improvement could be a good internet connection and changing the breakfast menu
