We were meant to be staying at the Kensington Town House however there were problems with system over booking so they upgraded us to a 4/5* Best Western Grand Hotel not far from Heathrow airport and as a result of these booking problems they provided us with complementary taxis between the two hotels, and we received complementary full English breakfast at the Best Western. The hotel was lovely and clean and the staff were friendly and helpful at both hotels. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Although we didn't stay at the Kensington Town House, we got complementary taxis from there. The hotel is located in a very central area of Earls Court with lots of restaurants and shops nearby and only a few minutes from the tube station.

The staff at the Kensington Town House couldn't have been more kind or more helpful. The gentleman on the desk even remembered my full name when I had phoned several days before to arrange to have a room earlier than 2 p.m. to get ready for a wedding at Chelsea Old Church, which they did. The room was excellent, everything we could wish for. The price was amazing. Breakfast - the staff and food - excellent. One of the best places we have stayed. I will definitely book again if in London and certainly recommend it to you. Thank you again.

My wife and I enjoyed out stay at the Kensington Town House. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was in a good location, very close to Earls Court Tube Station. To be honest we tended to stay out of the hotel most of the day but we were able to relax at night. The tube runs under the hotel but we were not particularly disturbed by it.
