I had a pleasant stay at Clapham South Belvedere Hotel, I booked a single room with a shared bathroom as it said in the description but got a room with a bathroom instead! Which was even more of a pleasant surprise, also very helpful staff, thank you

My family and I enjoyed our 10 nights at Clapham South Belvedere Hotel. Rooms always clean and very helpful staff. Excellent location since it is just 5 minutes away from Clapham south underground station. Hotel is surrounded by many shops such as Tesco, Sainsburys and a lot of other restaurants. So if you don't feel like going anywhere you could just stay near the hotel because there's plenty to do

Brilliant service at Clapham South Belvedere Hotel

Great location, overlooking an open green space in a fashionable part of London with a great atmosphere. The Bus stop is just outside, and Clapham South Tube station is extremely close. Local to the area also, are Art and Antique galleries, boutiques, restaurants and bars, and Tesco supermarket. The en-suite rooms are pleasing for their modernity, beds are extremely comfortable, and the shower/toilet rooms are clean, and smell clean. Good shower power with hot water available at all hours. An improvement on this would be to maintain the cleaning standards (throughly sweep and mop the floors, change beddings, and thoroughly wash cups and tea spoons) throughout the stay of a guest staying for more than 3 nights. Also, the box-sized room where I stayed in my first week makes sense for a night or two. More suitably I stayed in a slightly bigger room on my second visit. Staff are courteous, and professional. My hands broke out in a rash in my first week there. I am not prone to rashes normally, and traced the cause to the handwash soap, I took my own soap and shower gel on my second visit, and the rash has now cleared. Overall, I was please with my stay, and would rate this hotel as excellent, but have to knock off a few point for the areas that need improvement. I would book Clapham South Belvedere Hotel again, but remember to take my own soap and shower gel

Wonderful stay. Hotel is extremely clean and cosy. Good location and very friendly, nice and competitive people in the reception. Highly recommend Clapham South Belvedere Hotel
