Excellent accommodation. Very helpful and friendly staff. A very clean room with a clean en suite shower. As a party of 4, we arrived a couple of hours before our check in time, the reception staff were happy to offer to store our bags whilst our room was being finalised. We were able to stroll around the city without having to lug around heavy bags. Very happy with our experience at Jesmond Dene Hotel
