I was disappointed that on arrival we were allocated rooms on different floors even though we had stipulated that we required adjacent rooms on the same floor as the kids would stay in on and the adults in the other. It took a lot of effort and persistence to get the manager to sort this out. Also it would be helpful to add to your FAQs that bed linen is provided. I rang to enquire if bed linen was provide only to be forwarded to an answer machine. I left a message with my enquiry and telephone number and no one bothered to call me back. Overall a poor service

Fairly central location in London, reasonable alternative for families or group of students on a budget. Although some of the furniture looked a bit battered and broken and the carpet looked worn out, everything was usable. Cooking facilities OK but there could have been more cooking utensils. Bathrooms and bedding were clean, overall cleanliness. During our stay, we were shocked one day to return to our apartment and discover that the television had been turned on and left on in our absence. At first we thought someone had broken in. We were later informed that someone had come into the apartment to "upgrade" the television system with cables running through an open window and had simply left the TV on. No one had told us beforehand. On our last day a cleaning lady entered the apartment without knocking beforehand. We hope they will improve their guest privacy policy (and safety) in the future.

The rooms were spacious. The location was good - just off the Edgware Road. However the lift was not working. Hot water was not available 80% of the time. Wifi Internet is available, but for a fee. The service was average. There were few guys who were very helpful, but some were really difficult to go along with!

The location in Marble Arch was good - tons of Middle Eastern restaurants and always bustling, though it was a little farther away from the tourist sights. Not overly impressed with the apartment - old, and a little run-down with some mouldy tiles in the bathtub area. Despite turning up the radiators, it was always chilly inside. Some dish soap and dish-washing sponges would be nice
