City View Hotel London was just what we needed for a one night stay. The room with private bathroom was clean and the beds were comfortable. As there was a kettle in the room were we supposed to ask for tea and/or coffee making items

I had stayed at City View Hotel London before and loved it, so decided to book again. And I found it disappointing this time. Checked in and my room was not 100% clean. There was a trash bag from the previous guest behind the door. Also there was a used towel on the floor in the bathroom. They solved this almost 40 minutes after I told them

The staff at City View Hotel London were friendly and the hotel was in a great location for an event I was attending at York Hall in London. The room I was in was in the basement and was ok but the TV wasn't picking up any channels and also there was a kettle in the room but no tea or coffee etc. Other than that the room was comfortable and clean.
