Considering the price, Majestic Hotel London fulfilled all our expectations. Rooms were clean and warm, location of the hotel is excellent, there are 2 tube station in 5 minute walking distance connecting the hotel with all major attractions in a few minutes. We will definitely go back there.

Majestic Hotel had a great location but a very run down appearance compared to the other hotels around it. However even though it looks a bit shabby it was very clean.

We really enjoyed our stay in your hotel. We found the hotel service professional, the members of staff were very nice with perfect heating system. Breakfast very good. According to our opinion hotel is perfectly located and has really standing out architecture. The only one thing that I suggest is to do some investment for renovating the building. It would be disappointing in my opinion to let such a nice hotel with perfect location to turn into ruin. During our next trip to London we'll probably stay again in your hotel

Having read previous reviews, the hotel was better than I expected. The room was large, bright and clean although the bathroom was a bit grubby and there was no hot water. The position was excellent, five minutes from Gloucester St tube and that staff on reception were very friendly. The continental breakfast was very poor, consisting of cornflakes, bread roll and croissant. For the price paid in that area, you cannot expect top class.

I did enjoy my stay at Majestic Hotel London. Before arrival, I read some negative feedback on the hotel but I found out that the staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and they changed the towels daily. Overall, me and my family are very happy staying at this hotel. We would like to come back to this hotel in the future
