Staying for one night given a triple room as a free upgrade, having only booked a twin. My room was on the top floor but there is a lift. My room was lovely and warm, shower water lovely and hot. The hotel had great facilities and staff were very helpful, and the breakfast good. Would definately book this hotel to stay again

I am student travelling alone and I do not like hostels because I do not think they are safe but I want to be in Earls Court area because it is very busy for travellers. So I book this hotel and I am really very happy. My room is warm, clean, safe and not very expensive so I am very happy with this. The staff there are very lovely and wish all the time to help me and see if I need anything. I have such a great time here, I wish I can stay again! The location is good too and I make some very nice friends in this bit of town
