A very nice friendly hotel in London and received a warm welcome. Unfortunately, they offered us a 2nd floor apartment which was totally out of the question as myself and friend are both disabled. It was not a problem to the staff at all, they quickly made out new paperwork and accommodated us in a double room which was absolutely beautiful and very spacious. We had a good night sleep. Nice bathroom with power shower which was great! Off to breakfast, wow! a breakfast fit for a king!, and the best quality bacon and sausages of which I must emphasise because some just give you the cheappies!, but in this case, was the best. Plenty of everything and very enjoyable. The downside: No wifi in rooms, although I took my own by because of the built up area around us no signal! So rooms need wifi definitely. The other downside was the fact that the hotel and especially the rooms do need refurbishing, very old fashioned
Really enjoyed my stay at the Master Robert Hotel. Staff were very polite, would definitely recomend to others and come back to stay myself
Rooms at Master Robert Hotel very clean and spacious. Staff all very nice and helpful. Breakfast ok. Tip: make sure you take a credit or debit card to pay on as you have to leave a deposit on each room as well as paying for the room before you get the keys
We have just arrived home after a wonderful visit to London. The Master Robert Hotel staff made our stay so pleasant, very helpful towards my Mum who is in a wheelchair. We had a warm welcome at reception, a most needed drink after our journey from Wales and a hot meal in the lounge. Although a little dated the room was everything we required (a base to return to as we toured London which was only 12 miles away). Parking was just outside the room, which meant that I could go back and to the car without a problem. There was so much space inside the room which was separate from the hotel, it was almost like a small bungalow, piping hot water, towels and very comfortable beds which were easy to move due to Mum's lifting equipment, tea and coffee provided. The only downside was the flight path but you are warned about that in the write-up. Great if you wanted to do a little plane spotting whist you were there! Restaurant or adjacent pup on site and lots of food outlets dotted around the area with very courteous local people who were very friendly. We will certainly book Master Robert Hotel again
Everything was fantastic
