Well, for this price the room was very small. The furniture was tired. Although it served its purpose, I would rather have booked something of a higher standard.

Lovely clean room, close to Leytonstone tube station and buses, the place to stay if you like a bit of independence and privacy while on holiday

Clean and functional. Given the small nature of the establishment and being situated in the heart of a residential street I was impressed with the 24hr check-in, useful given I arrived around 4am. Beware, the walls are thin so sound from other rooms travels. I was also in a room adjacent to the kitchen which generated further noise. Cups would be a useful addition to the rooms.

The man on the front desk was very kind. He made me feel very much at home - it was my first night in London on my own and it meant a lot. The room was cosy. Light, bright, cheap and a home from home. It is like staying in your friends house but cleaner and tidier and theres food! I recommend to anyone for the price and what you get.
