Room was neat and clean at Heathrow Lodge, very good service. It's very close to airport
Nice and clean London airport hotel. Very good service at desk
It was a decent London airport hotel for what I needed it for, was able to upgrade to a room with a bathroom for very little cost and it was quite quiet so I was pleased with the room and the hotel
The stay at Heathrow Lodge was pleasant. But I couldn't leave my case in a luggage room when I checked out. I had to take it with me to my interview, which was awkward
Stayed at Heathrow Lodge on a Sunday night in a basic private room with a shared bathroom. Rooms are really basic - there was a wash basin in the room. When I turned on the tap rubbish emerged from the hole in the sink and clogged the basin. When I reported I was told that the basic room does not come with a wash basin as a standard and that I should use the wash basin in the common bathroom (which I eventually did and it was OK). But my problem was that tea/coffee is not available either as complimentary or as a paid service and I cannot start my day without stimulants when I get up in the morning. But overall it was extremely good value for money for a private room - very close to Heathrow. To be fair - there was no problem with the core services e.g. room heater was working and tap was discharging hot water so I did not have problem with using the shower. The room, bathroom etc looks a bit dated but you get what you pay for. I will surely consider using their hospitality again but will come better prepared. Internet costs GBP 4 (for a day I guess) so no option to pay a pound and browse for (say) half an hour
