I was very disappointed with my stay. My room was not ready when I arrived and was not very clean when I was able to check in. The staff were very abrupt and breakfast was very bland. I would not stay here again.

When I arrived the hotel had no knowledge of my booking even though it had been confirmed. Finally they found my booking and I had to wait for over an hour for my room to be prepared and cleaned. I was given a key to my room but no key access to the front door of the hotel so I couldn't stay out late at night, otherwise I would have to sleep on the street. My room didn't have a TV in it and there was no wireless internet and the carpet in my room was very dirty. The hotel was also half finished, it clearly looked like they were still building it or currently under refurbishments. I was very disappointed with my stay here and won't book again.
