The room was extremely small, apart from the bed you could hardly fit something else in there. The quilt was filthy, although the sheets and towels were clean. Bathroom was mouldy, smelly and disgusting. I know that is a cheap place to stay, but it shouldn't be called a 2 star hotel. The staff was very nice, helpful and very friendly. Breakfast consist of cereals, tea/coffee and toast, but it is just enough to start your day. You judge for yourselves!!!

Staff were welcoming, room clean and tidy. Got in late, heating not on so went to ask staff re: heating and it was put on within minutes after which was good. The only thing I would suggest is breakfast time to be extended. I would stay here again.

It was very close to the centre and the accommodation was alright, it was clean and there is room service every day. Toilet and shower were clean but it was all a little bit narrow. But what do you need more for a holiday when you are out all day and coming back just in the evenings for sleeping and planning the next day. Well, the breakfast was ok, continental breakfast with juice, tea or coffee, toast as much as you could eat and cornflakes if you liked but just butter and jam. The reception was open 24 hours so if you needed anything they were quite helpful. So it was really good, but I missed something else to eat, like muesli or some boiled egg or cheese or something like that.

A cheap and nasty hotel. Dirty rooms, no hot water in the morning for a shower and I was told breakfast would be delivered to my room and it never arrived! The hotel had a strong smell of Indian food all the way through. The staff were quite rude when I informed them of the problems. Please do not stay there!!!!!!!!

All we needed was a clean place to sleep, take a shower and have a quick breakfast before going out to see the London sights. Vegas Hotel met our needs entirely. The accommodation was small and basic but clean. Service was friendly. We would certainly stay there again.

Get what you pay for. Curtains and netting really dirty, was on top floor at the front - could hear traffic throughout the night. Wouldn’t stop again - would pay the extra for nicer accommodation.

Basic accommodation, but very clean & comfortable. Friendly, efficient reception. Good value. Ideal for a single night stay. Very convenient locality. We will use the Vegas Hotel next time we're in London.

Vegas Hotel is a good place to stay, although they should make some improvements in the breakfast and in the shower. Concerning the location, it is very good since it is near of lots of attractions and bus terminals and undergrounds. I would recommend it.

The location of the Vegas is great, just a few mins walk from Victoria station. When I arrived I was kept waiting a while whilst the receptionist disappeared out of the front door. I was beginning to wonder if he was going to find me a room in a nearby hotel. Anyway he returned and showed me to my room in the Vegas, it was at the back so was quiet, decoration was a bit tired and some of the ledges etc were very slightly grubby. The shower worked fine and was clean, although again tired looking. It was a twin room when I'd booked a double, so as a big chap that was a little cramped. Anyway I was too tired to complain. All in all I think this hotel was great for the price paid. I know you get what you pay for, but I'll certainly be considering it again when travelling to central London on a budget.

Friendly receptionist, directed me to my room which on opening the entrance door led me to a shower cubicle (with no lights on), which I had to cross and open another door to enter into the bedroom. The bottom of the door had been kicked in and had been badly chipped and a big slice of it was on the floor. The next morning I realised that this door was badly jammed and an earlier occupant might have tried to kick his way out! Noisy road outside which did not quieten even after shutting the double glazed windows. Next morning was encountering the breakfast room attendant, who appeared very depressed (and depressing) as if he had been given some ticking off. I understand that it was a budget room; 10 more would have given me a Travelodge with better room. Maybe the other rooms were better. In summary, not bad for the price, in central London.
