The Dictionary Shoreditch is my favourite place to stay when I visit London. Great location, cheap and very clean

The Dictionary Shoreditch was lovely! Very sociable and friendly place, the staff are so wonderful and funny!

Pros: excellent location in trendy Shoreditch - 10 min walk to Old St Station. Beds are comfortable. Great bar with good food and happy hour. Cons: the hostel seemed unorganised. During my time at The Dictionary Shoreditch, some others had to share beds due to overbooking. The cleaners are backpackers making a bit of extra cash so often didn't do a very good job of cleaning. Hot water system was rubbish. 16 bed dorms are extremely noisy. Not very good value for money. There were also not enough key cards for everyone which was inconvenient

Enjoyed a lot my stay at this London hostel. Very nice atmosphere, great location and price. Everything went pretty smooth and would definitely book with TravelStay again next time I come to London

Brilliant London hostel. Stayed for a long time and there is such a great vibe about the place. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Clean rooms and facilities. Nice location too. Give it a go

Although I only spent three at The Dictionary Shoreditch and unfortunately could not join the social events I have to admit that this was one of the best hostels I've ever stayed at(there were many). Everything was well organized and smooth. Nice people, good location, free breakfast. I would definitely go back

Lovely London hostel in the middle of Shoreditch! It is really big with over 200 beds but the service is amazing. It can be quite loud at nights but therefore you are in the middle of a great pub area. Good breakfast and a big kitchen to make your own meals at night, always people to talk with! Great place to stay
