Have stayed here 4 times on my visits to London now and am very happy as it's perfect for my needs (love Paddington) - the rooms are very simple and bathroom minute but, I always get one over looking the square which I like. Staff were fabulous on this recent trip (particularly the lady) so friendly, welcoming and helpful. If I were to make a suggestion maybe take a little more care with the cleaning of sheets and detail in bathroom. I'll book So Paddington Hotel again though
