So London Paddington was in a fab location and room very clean, it was going through refurbishment but that didn't effect the stay. The breakfast was fab, lovely room

The room is good at So London Paddington. But the toilet was difficult to sit on. Was squeezed. The shower room and toilet need to be bigger. Perhaps using a smaller sink may give a bit of space. The service was good and receptionists are very good

Good stay, well looked after, will book So London Paddington again

Hotel is fairly basic but very central and comfortable enough. There was some refurbishment going on when I was there which is positive as it needs refurbished throughout. Don't expect luxury but if you get a decent price and you want to be in Central London close to the tube, railway and buses then So London Paddington is worth going for

The hotel was clean and central, a little noisy at times. Staff were fantastic and breakfast was superb. We did read reviews before leaving and found that apart from the hotel looking a little tired everything else was fabulous. All around the hotel are eating places and everyone in the area was lovely. Highly recommend So London Paddington for being central and clean

Stay was great, stayed in room 1 on the lower floor which I was worried about at first but was surprised it was bigger than I thought. Had separate toilet and bathroom and bedroom. My only complaint was that the breakfast could have had some more fresh fruit and vegetables

I stayed at So London Paddington for a week. We were greeted by Diana at the reception, she provided excellent customer service throughout our stay. We then met Ms Pav the next day who was very helpful in terms of directions. Both ladies were friendly and extremely polite. We got a small room with double bed and tiny bathroom. Heating was weak, but Diana did put towels around the window and gave us mint tea coz I had flu. Sheets weren't changed, and floor wasn't hoovered when cleaning the room. Couldn't open the window. Breakfast was very limited. It was a Buffett type. Staff didn't speak to the guests, just cleaned very fast and food was not refilled so go early or you won't have anything to eat. Hotel is in a great location. One min from paddington station, many shops, restaurants around the area. Big bus hop on bus stop next to the hotel

Liked the rooms and the location of So London Paddington! Its like 2 min walk from Paddington Station

So London Paddington was very clean and tidy. Great location. Nice rooms. Friendly helpful staff who know what they're doing. Great price too

Good location and friendly staff at So London Paddington. Only stairs, no elevator
