Hotel very clean and staff very helpful. Would return for a stay at Royal Guest House if I had to visit in the area again. Also felt safe and secure. Thank you

I'm reviewing this on the basis that I've stayed in several hotels of this ilk so, for what I've paid, my aspirations aren't too high. This was clean and relatively well-maintained but the room was the size of a walk-in cupboard and the traffic noise from the street beyond denied me a full night's sleep during my entire stay there. For the price, I've stayed in better and more spacious and I certainly wouldn't recommend this hotel for anything other than a single night's stay.

Cute little London hotel on a street full of these little hotels. We had a twin room (two twin beds) which was a little small but not cramped. Shower is small, but standard for British small hotels. Our first room was on the 3rd floor (ground, 1st, 2nd, 3rd) so it was up three flights of narrow stairs that were a bit steep - watch out if you have mobility issues. The hotel moved us to the basement part way through our stay to a room in the basement, which was bigger but had a smaller bathroom. Breakfast ok. Fridge was nice, hot water kettle in the room was nice. Not too far from the Hammersmith Tube Station, so easy to get around. Bunches of little restaurants around, and not too far from the Westfield London either

The positive side of The Royal Guest House is the location and the staff who were very friendly and helpful. The negative points I found was the room was very small and it was a bit noisy as we had a room at the front of the building. The breakfast was also a nice start to the morning and the room was very clean. If I stayed here again I would request a room at the back of the hotel.

Friendly staff. Very clean room. A bit disappointed by the cooked breakfast advertised which turned out to be toast and eggs, however overall a pleasant stay at Royal Guest House

We really enjoyed our stay at Royal Guest House, it was comfortable and clean and the staff were friendly and easy to talk to. We would definitley come and stop again. We have no complaint to make about any of our time there. Thank you all for making us feel welcome

All in all we had a pleasant stay at Royal Guest House, however on arrival we had to wait about 1 hour before we could take our room due to a leak and the room needing to be dried out. When we got in we were pleased with the room for the price we had paid. Unfortunately though the double glazing is of a very poor quality and this led to a very disturbed night with traffic noise. Anybody wanting to stay here, try and secure a room at the rear of the building
