Quite clean, small bathroom as a telephone box, but positioned centrally and very reasonable price

We are a retired couple wanting to visit London and not able too afford some of the London prices,we chose this hotel for its price, we really enjoyed our 3 day stay, the room was on suite, the bedroom and shower were on the small size but perfectly adequate for our needs, the linen and towels were very clean, the room was clean and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was cereal, boiled egg, lots of tea and toast with assortment of jams and small cheese triangles. It was a cheap hotel and as the saying goes 'you get what you pay for' this hotel was well worth the price and I would certainly stay again

In June I stayed here for the first time with three other college friends when we came to London for three days. The gentleman at the reception was lovely and polite. Our room was spacious and clean. The bathroom however was a bit on the small side but for the building, location and price you can't complain. I had a good experience of staying here and later in August I booked for me and my sister to come to London and I booked to stay at this hotel again. Once again a nice stay. Its in a convenient place with a five minute walk from the coach station. Breakfast was simple but ample. The friendly receptionist was there again and he really is a lovely polite man. The only improvement I would suggest is in the breakfast room. I understand that its an old building and the rooms are used to their full capability, but maybe there could be two dining areas as quite a few other guests were queued waiting for the tables to empty? Its good value for money and for my future trips to London I think I'll always be using this hotel as it is affordable (as I'm a student), has a good location and is clean

Rooms were very basic and too warm.. Went down for breakfast but decided against it. Very, very small dining room with people packed in like sardines. I wouldnt like to think that I was staying here again

Disappointed! Room for family of 5 was very small, no table or chairs in room, no wardrobe, bathroom is a laugh. Dining room also very small, only 4 tables definitely not prepared for the large number of visitors! The service wasn't very nice. Good location!

Not a bad place, staff friendly and helpful. The double bedroom was very small and cramped and the separate bathroom was two floors up. Thata a bit too far to go, especially at night. Also we were in the basement, below ground, which was noisy because we had the street traffic going over our heads

It's a fine hotel in London. The reception is open for 24 hours. The staff is polite. The bus stop is near. It takes just five minutes to go to Pimlico Underground . I advise everybody to go
