It's an old building with old bedrooms but clean and new windows so the cold doesn't get inside. I picked a single bedroom with shared bathroom. The room is narrow but for me was enough, it has a little open closet with room on the top and under to put the stuff, a small table with a teacup, tea, coffee and a kettle. A small sink and tv. I was very lucky and I also had a balcony in my bedroom, that was a plus. Everything was clean and the bathroom too. The worst part is the breakfast area, it's a tiny with room for 12 people so maybe you'll have to wait. And that if you want to leave your luggage after the check out they will charge you. The location was perfect with Pimlico tube by 3 min walking and very peaceful area. I'll repeat book Romanos Hotel again

Romanos Hotel was good. The only thing was we were on the bottom floor and the toilet was 2 floors up. But everything else was good. The room was clean

Romanos Hotel is cheap and cheerful. The sheets and the room are clean. The bed isn't bad - it's quite comfortable. The bathroom is very small, but you can see that coming as you are in England - it's a plastic box with a shower, toilet and sink altogether adjoined to the room. The room itself is not that small - you can place big bags with no problems. Breakfast is served until 9 am and you should never be late! They serve toasts, cereals, boiled egg with coffee or tea. There's free WiFi in the room. My room had a balcony. It's a cheap and cheerful choice if you are on a budget or intend to spend money on other stuff other than accommodation. After all, you just need a bed

This hotel isn't the Ritz or Savoy and I knew that when booking. I wanted to pay cheap.. which I did, I just wanted somewhere in a good safe location that was clean.. I wasn't bothered about fancy things cause I was there to see London not see the sights of a hotel. It ticked the boxes for me location wise brilliant, I felt safe being a girl on my own with a 10 year old, staff pleasant, rooms clean. When we got back after our sight seeing straight to sleep then up and out, perfect for us

The hotel is really value for money. Central location, clean, quiet and save, excellent traffic connections. Of course, tiny rooms and even tinier bathrooms but that is common in London, even in more expensive hotels. Standard breakfast (same every day) and the personal is helpful (although they do not smile often)

One Star is too high a grade for this hotel. Accommodation room downstairs (level -1) looks more like a dungeon. Toilet & shower upstairs (level 2). When returning back from a days out I found that the under-sheets are still crumpled. Used towels were not changed. No receptionist at night. WIFI internet access too slow. Total disaster. Will never return at this place and will recommend it neither.
