If you're going for a night out around the Tufnell Park area and you want a cheap place to flop, then it won't get much cheaper than this. It's a bit tatty and run down, but clean and friendly. As much as you've any right to expect from a London hotel that charges a low price

I was fully pleased with Queens Hotel Tufnell Park. Clean rooms, comfy beds, polite and friendly staff and a full English breakfast every morning! I'll be travelling back to England in a few months, and definitely will be booking Queens Hotel Tufnell Park again

Room: Large, clean and basic. No remote control. The kettle was a bit grimy - tea and coffee selection was poor. Good dressing table and storage. En-Suite: Small, the door did not lock but clean. Staff: There are many! You are unlikely to see the same face twice. They can be a little rude. Breakfast: two eggs, one sausage, one rasher of bacon and one spoonful of beans. Every day we got a rack of toast with a selection of jams and butter. Drinkable but not great tea. The key system is a bit old fashioned and did not leave us at ease. You leave your key at the front desk and collect it when you return. Overall, it was adequate for the price considering it was a bank holiday weekend and the UEFA cup final. It's a five minute walk from the underground, which runs on the Northern line

Not a fantastic experience, but not terrible either. We only stayed for one night and I think it was enough
