I dont have a lot of favourable comments to make and if you cant say something nice, better not to say anything. All I can say is the staff at Best Western Shaftesbury Paddington Court were always helpful. This is where we were accommodated not the Paddington Rooms and we would not go there again.

Nice, clean and tidy room, and reasonably quiet, considering the location. Access to everything you could possibly need and want to do. Kensington Gardens, Shopping in Queensway strip, a stackload of restaurants and bars :) Friendly staff. Highly recommended and great for a 3-star hotel.

Excellent. Very central and easy to get to from Heathrow. The room was smallish, but sufficient, and newly refurbed. Friendly staff

Excellent location for Paddington Station. Hotel room small but clean and modern. One bad point was the size of the shower even though modern but very small.

First room had broken TV and an unusual smell. The staff were very apologetic and relocated us to a new room very quickly. Shower very small. On our return 10 days later we had another room that was small but very nice. Met all our needs. Thank You.

A musty basement room was allocated. Our booking & deposit was paid in April 2008, four months prior to our stay. On complaining we were moved to the top room in the hotel across the road. It was adequate.

I found the accommodation in the Paddington Rooms to be very clean, the staff were very friendly and the location was fantastic. I would definitely stay at the Paddington Rooms again.
