Comfortable and clean. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Good value

The room was tidy on arrival and cleaned daily. The breakfast, although not exceptional, was very acceptable and started the day off well. Some of the staff there were very helpful. The position of the Pacific Hotel was perfect for touring around London with the tube stations nearby and Hyde Park and Oxford Street shops a mere walk away. There's an Indian restaurant up the road that is awesome!

Upon arrival reception staff were welcoming and hospitable. Room was basic and clean, comfortable beds. No tea or coffee facilities available in room. A little noisy due to traffic all through the night but acceptable. Food was cold and little choice. Would rate this as a bed and breakfast establishment rather than a 3 star London hotel

Stayed at Pacific Hotel London for 5 days. The thing I liked least was the noise: busy road, even at night, and not-so-good windows. Didn't ask for another room, though. Nice room, painted, nice bathroom always with hot water. The furniture was old and falling apart, but we didn't use it anyway. The breakfast was okay, the women in charge nice: eggs, bacon, beans and tea/coffee and milk, and juice and toast. Later we learned you could ask for more things, like cereal. Conclusion: hotels in london are expensive. If you're on a budget, you'll have to choose. All things considered, this was a great choice. Clean, quiet (well, except the streets, everything went okay and close to everything

Good location for rail and tube access, well priced for a one or two night stay

Our room at the Pacific Hotel London was adequate for the price we paid although the bathroom was very small and cramped. We enjoyed the English breakfast provided

Pacific Hotel London is a nice enough place, nice breakfast. It's just that it is so noisy, because it’s on the main road. Ear plugs came in are handy!

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights!! The breakfast was great! Okay, it’s a budget hotel, clean, nice, new rooms. What else do you need! I will definitely stay again
