Everything was fantastic at Notting Hill Gate Hotel! The only tiny drawback was the soft mattress

I was fortunate to find this little gem just before Christmas and stayed there 3 nights. For the price I thought either the room would be terrible, the Wi-Fi would be non existent or breakfast would be awful, but I was very pleasantly surprised by a decent sized room for the price, full Wi-Fi signal even on the top floor, and a better-than-continental breakfast :) 3mins walk from the tube and many eateries and convenience stores. Hyde Park pretty much on the doorstep and friendly staff. This is my new go-to London accommodation and I would recommend it to anyone needing a central stay. No elevator so remember that for heavy luggage- request rooms on lower levels. Thanks

Notting Hill Gate Hotel is a small London hotel but very near to the tube station. This we liked. The room was really very small, no cupboard and less space. Also the breakfast room was extremely little. We have had breakfast always at seven, so it was easier to get coffee and toast, later on when more people joined the room it was difficult to get through. The breakfast selection was also a minimum. But the receptionists were very friendly and helpful. All in all it was ok for us

Notting Hill Gate Hotel is centrally located near the tube. Nice and charming small London hotel. Good value for money for family of five sharing one room, though this was really not big enough and the bathroom was very small. Water pressure in shower was very poor. Breakfast could easily be improved by not over boiling the eggs and also one cold offer a just al little more than cheese and Nutella to put on the toast/bread, i.e. tomatoes etc

Notting Hill Gate Hotel was nice and handy to bus stop. Our 3 person room was adequate as we were only there to sleep. Private bathroom was very compact

Our stay with my girlfriend in this London hotel was perfect. It is well located, very close to Hyde Park and the centre of London like the Kensington area or Picadilly. As a tourist, almost everything can be done by foot, if you want to take time to visit. Otherwise bus stops and London tube are 2 steps away from the hotel. The room wasn't so big but it is enough for just sleeping. To sum up, a place I recommend for its location and the good ratio quality/price

Notting Hill Gate Hotel was really nice. And the all receptionists were so nice with me. I appreciate them. Also the room was so tidy up and clean. I like a lot. In future when I will come in London I will stay in this hotel. All staff were so nice too
