Northumberland House Reviews

We had a great stay at Northumberland House, excellent location, and great mattresses, slept well. Staff were approachable and helpful. The state of the fridges and cleanup in the kitchen was not good, however we did not say anything to staff. If we were staying longer we probably would have. However would recommend and would return to Northumberland House

Great place, central to everything. Room was clean and we took full advantage of the kitchens to save money on food. It was quiet and safe. Loved our stay. Only negative was that the internet didn't always work if there were too many people in the lounge room, this caused some problems as I had to keep in contact with work and had to regularly send emails and such. My girlfriend and I spent a lot of time in the kitchens where we were able to use the wifi connection of the hotel next door. Their wifi was more reliable.

The room was very clean and comfortable for the price. It is definitely worth the value, in particular at such a great location (right across from the Trafalgar Square). Everything is within walking distance!

I booked the hotel for my dad as parents do not have a computer. I do know however that they did have a thoroughly good time in London and enjoyed their stay at the Northumberland House

Cheap, clean and comfortable London accomodation in the heart of the city. A bargain at the price and would definitely stay at Northumberland House again

Excellent. Secure, clean, warm, and for an extremely reasonable price. Recommended.

I was happy with my room at Northumberland House. I was not expecting luxury because it is a budget accommodation. The only thing that bothered me was that the WiFi stopped working for two days. With the price you pay, you shouldn't complain about the small rooms and bathrooms. It's very clean, the pillows and comforters were very comfortable, and the staff was very willing to help me figure things out around London. I would stay here again, and I would recommend it to someone looking for a quality place to stay on a tight budget.

Northumberland House is a wonderful location for sightseeing in London. We had quiet rooms at the back. Cleaning: rooms were cleaned ONCE during the 4 night stay instead of confirmation of daily cleaning how we notified reception.
