Kensington Suite Hotel room was spacious, a very good size. Nice and clean. Furnished well with a kitchen. The breakfast room was also convientant, overall I enjoyed my stay

Kensington Suite Hotel was okay for the price and good location, near major shopping centre; Westfield, Shepherds Bush. Just a few too many beds in my room

I really enjoyed my stay at Kensington Suite Hotel. The room was very clean. It was a good size for me and my friend. The staff there were very nice and helpful. Would recommend booking this hotel:)

Kensington Suite Hotel is a 7-10 minute walk from Shepherds Bush tube which has loads of amenities of differing standards. The hotel exterior is fair and is a double terraced old house converted to 40 bedrooms. This is done by taking a really nice large room and cutting it in two so it is cramped. If you don't mind the double bed up against the wall, unable to walk around the bottom of the bed, a toilet pan that has 6" leeway either side and a sink that is too low with no shelf, and an extraction fan that does not work along with blown light bulbs then this could be for you. The good side is that it is warm, clean, managed correctly, safe, has a lift and inside the room there is a TV, microwave, sink, fridge shower and breakfast is a help yourself affair then it is good. Key points, quite cheap, reasonable clientele and good management. Would I stay again, I suspect not, due to the room size

Kensington Suite Hotel was not exactly what I had in mind at the time of booking. However, I enjoyed the privacy it offered for I needed just that. Though a small place, the location was perfect to get connected. The staff were wonderful and ready to answer all questions and offer assistance where necessary
