It was a good hotel with good personal service. It is in a good area in Hammersmith, near Hammersmith tube station. It is also walking distance from Shepherds Bush market, and Westfield Shopping centre, with Tesco and Sainsbury's nearby. The only thing that they can improve is having new towels every day. Hammersmith Hotel London is a super hotel.

Very warm and calm but a 20th century dial-up internet service in a 21st century 3G era? Hmmm can do better in this area of service

Clean and tidy, although the toilet wouldn't flush properly and the door wouldn't shut. Towels were supplied with soap, the bed was good, and a quiet atmosphere. It was handy for the train station, 5 minutes walk. For the price Hammersmith Hotel London was reasonable. Reception service was limited
